Marathon

What a great day today. 42 km later and I am in Burgos. What a beautiful city and very warm people. Spain is a wonder to behold. 

Today I was brought to a cross on top of a large climb of large rocks. The view was overseeing Burgos about 20 km in the distance.  Looking at the piles of rocks reminded me of those things that get in the way of my life. So I took a rock, named it and placed it at the cross.  

Then later in the day as I walked through a park towards the cathedral, it was hard to believe that a huge city was behind those bushes.  

I only have one picture today because the phone died.  When you pay 5 euro for a bed and a shower, there isn't always wifi and power.  Welcome to Spain.  

Anyway my friends, thanks for reading. Resting tomorrow being Sunday. Really miss being at ALCC.  No place like home.
